Letter from James Vecchiola
November 4th, 2011
James Vecchiola
Voorhees, NJ 08043
Gentlemen:
I just wanted to take time to thank you for the excellent job you did on my roof and siding to repair damage from a hailstorm on August 1. When your men first contacted me – just “going about the neighborhood, looking for damage, at no cost to the owner” - I was somewhat skeptical. I had noticed no visible damage from street level, and, in any event, my roof was new, less than two years old. But, according to them, there were some areas that were damaged, and my roof would need replacement.
I talked to my insurance company (USAA) and arranged for an adjuster to come out to survey the damage and I asked that someone from your company would also be here at the same time. Bob Riddle came out, met with the insurance adjuster, and together they surveyed the entire roof – and 3 sides of my house which were aluminum siding and had also taken some hits.
The adjuster sent his report to USAA, and in a few weeks, the insurance company agreed to replace my roof, gutter guards, aluminum siding, and window capping. Bob helped me with all the paperwork, set up all of the schedules, and continually checked with the work crews as the roof and siding work was done. All of the workmanship was impressive, the clean-up was excellent, and the work crews were courteous and knowledgeable. I also should mention Tom McQue for the fine job he did finishing out the final papers with USAA. Other than making a few calls (or checking online on USAA’s website), I found that Expert did all the “grunt” work with USAA. There was little for me to do!
I would certainly mention Expert for anyone looking for a good company for replacing roof or siding. Your men (and women, I might add, from the office!) handle their jobs with efficiency and courtesy.
James Vecchiola.

Email from Lesley and Michael Rosenbaum (Cherry Hill, NJ)
Dear Sy,
We are writing to tell you how extremely pleased we are with our new roof and what a pleasure it has been doing business with EXPERT INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS.
We were a little skeptical at first when you left your brochure in our mailbox, especially since we were unable to see any visible hail damage to our roof. You patiently explained to us the extent of the damage, you spoke to our insurance company, filled out all of the necessary paperwork, and persevered (on our behalf) until you were satisfied with our insurance company's offer. You assured us that you would handle EVERYTHING. It seemed too good to be true.
Everyone at EXPERT INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS has been professional, courteous, helpful, skilled and meticulous! We are 100% satisfied customers.
We hope that other skeptics like ourselves will put their trust in the hands of EXPERT INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS, and are comforted knowing what a wonderful experience this has been for us.
Thanks so much for our beautiful roof!!!!!!
Sincerely,
Lesley and Michael Rosenbaum

Letter from Edith H. Kovacs (Ligonier, PA)
Yesterday my house was finalized with the renewal from the March 23, 2011 Tornado caused damages, with bombarding tennis ball-size hail. The roof shingles, gutter screens, the vinyl siding, all the basement-window well protectors were destroyed and serious repairs were needed everywhere. The Expert Interiors & Exteriors Company came to my help and rescue. Thank God that I had very good insurance policy from Nationwide and they immediately got together to agree on the settlement.
The Expert Interiors & Exteriors Company from Bensalem, PA., with their construction manager, Robert Riddle and the leader of their workers did not lose any time to start work on the damaged materials removal. By that time the huge dumpster waste-box was already placed in my driveway to receive the removed, ruined sidings and old shingles of broken waste material. This huge waste-container was neatly emptied every night to receive the next day's horrendous amount of garbage.
Of the Expert company, every employee knew his duties, which were performed without delay and without any wasted time. Every evening my house surroundings was left thoroughly cleaned-up without any nails or scrap pieces of siding or shingles. I was very impressed and very pleased with their neatness.
Also I was very much pleased with every employees kind politeness for every little favor I did for them, taking into consideration that their work was mostly heavy, constant and often even dangerous. They were always polite and very willing to help with extra favors if needed. Their leader was stern, but very pleasant also, like a good leader is supposed to be.
I am absolutely sure that big part of their good performance originated from their pleasant, reciprocal management practices. I am very happy and satisfied for what they did and how they did it. I am not expecting any problems even after they have left and completed the job.
I am gladly, and proudly telling all of these, because every day somebody calls me from my neighborhood to congratulate me of my house's appearance, and that they are impressed with the impeccable cleanliness of it's surroundings. The workers really did not cause any disturbance in the neighborhood.
When the workers were ready to leave, they came one by one to thank me for the pleasant hospitality. That impressed me very much.
GOD BLESS THEM ALL! I have recommended and will recommend this company to anyone of my friends or family when the need arises to have work done on their homes.
Please pass on to them my sincere and thankful greetings!!!
Edith H. Kovacs, from Ligonier, PA

To Whom it may concern,
My wife and I would strongly recommend Expert Interior’s & Exterior’s for any of your roofing, siding, etc. repair or replacements.
They are courteous, professional, Fast service, and considerably affordable.
We were extremely pleased and amazed at the clean-up both during and after roof and siding replacement. Neighbors also remarked about how well the employees cleaned the area and their conduct was excellent. It was like clock-work. They seemed to know constantly what to do next without being told or directed!
Sincerely,
John F. Davis

Letter from Jean and Bob Burd
Community Service
It all began on a beautiful March day in 2009. My wife and I were headed out to have dinner with my dad at his assisted living facility about 2 miles from our home of 20 years. We had purchased a new car a few months earlier and thought we would enjoy a nice ride and then dinner, About 5:30 that evening, while having dinner with my dad, the wind kicked up and the sky got very dark.
Within 10 minutes the skies opened up and we were treated to a severe rain and hail storm. After another 10 minutes the harsh weather had passed. Upon walking across the parking lot the personal impact became apparent. Our new car had about 125 hail dents and $2500 later... it was like new.
My wife asked if I thought that we had any related damage to our home, i did a casual walk around the property and I didn't see anything to be concerned about.
We fast forward to May of 2010. Our son and his wife were over for dinner and we are enjoying ourselves on our sun porch. Here we go again... extremely dark northwest sky, driving wind and horizontal hail. It was almost over before it started. The next day I "looked around" again and except for the yard debris; all seemed fine. After all, it only lasted a few minutes and our roof was only 7 years old... how could there be any damage?
In June, we began seeing "storm chaser" signs and door hanger promotional information throughout the neighborhood. My first impression was that it was an opportunistic scam by some construction companies and I didn't want any part of it. We even had a discussion or two with a representative from one of the contractors and "it didn't feel right". I terminated the conversation and asked him to leave... that was enough for me. My wife needed to know more. One day in July, while walking the dog, she met Ron Radcliffe as he was finishing a damage assessment of a neighbor's home. They discussed the storm and local damage and Ron suggested that, based on his experience, he could make a quick assessment of our home to see if there was any cause for concern.
He went onto the roof and indicated that there was hail damage. I went to the top of the ladder and looked around. Within a 10 foot radius he pointed out various types of hail damage... the more I looked the more I saw. It was getting to be late evening and as we walked around the house Ron showed me that our aluminum siding had taken quite a beating from the storms. I couldn't believe my eyes... the late day long shadows highlighted the damage..."the rear of my home looked like a golf ball"... even the rain gutters had a significant number of dents. I was shocked... I was wrong and my wife was very right.
At that point, Ron explained that his professional opinion was that there was sufficient damage to warrant a claim from my insurance company. He instructed me to call my insurance agent and let him know when the adjuster scheduled an inspection. My insurance agent assured me that if there was any damage they would support repair/replacement and, as Ron had explained, that this type of damage was considered an "act of nature" and a claim would not affect our premiums. Rates could be affected by the extent of the damage in the area; regardless of our claim.
Before the adjuster's visit, Ron arranged for a measure technician to size the home to quantify the damage.
Ron joined the adjuster during his assessment to support his efforts. It took the adjuster about 20 minutes to inspect the property. His conclusion was that the two storms had significantly damaged our home and that he would approve replacement of the roof, siding, rain gutters and downspouts, and much of the fascia trim.
Within a few days we had the approval letter, a partial check and a specific line item list of parts and labor for the replacement.
Everything went as Ron explained. We visited many of previous installations and discussed their experience. AI1 looked very, very good. Ron had earned our trust. There was no doubt in our mind that we were going to depend on him to Sheppard us through the remainder of the process.
Ron was clear that he was our first point of contact for questions and concerns. He very much exceeded our expectations. His honesty, open communications, availability, and follow through allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience. Everything went according to plan and the quality of work was excellent. There were no big surprises and any of the small opportunities were dealt with immediately and effectively. We invite anyone to inspect the completed work and find even one defect. We are very fussy with much attention to detail and "we do not know any way that it could have come out any better.
These types of experiences in life always come down to the integrity of the people involved. Ron Radcliff will not disappoint. He truly provides a community service to those that allow him to help. We do not give our personal recommendations easily... but in Ron's case... we have currently referred him to 22 friends, relatives and neighbors without any reservations. Ron Radcliff is really the "go to guy".

Letter from Ryan & Cynthia R.
During Expert Interiors & Exteriors initial visit to our house, I have to say I was skeptical about the entire situation. This truly seemed like a deal that was too good to be true. But after thinking about it, I'm not someone who knows much about roofing and I was not aware of the potential damage that hail can inflict on a roof. Furthermore, I've never actually even been on my roof I allowed our salesman, Bob Riddle, from Expert Interiors & Exteriors team to inspect my roof and it turns out that my home did incur damage from the hail storm. From there, the entire process was handled by them, which made the process extremely easy and worry free for the homeowner. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and had an agent come out to my house to inspect the roof with Expert Interiors & Exteriors there to oversee the entire process. The insurance adjuster from a very well-known national insurance company agreed with the experts from Expert Interiors & Exteriors and approved my claim immediately. The adjuster issued me a check for the damages on the spot and my new roof was installed several days later.
The only decision you have to worry about is what kind and color of shingles you want installed! It was that easy. Expert Interiors & Exteriors handled everything from start to finish.
Our roof exceeded my expectations and the customer service from the sales team and owner was exceptional. They will answer your questions and concerns promptly and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with everything that took place. We were beyond happy with the results of our roof and we would highly recommend Expert Interiors & Exteriors to our friends and family.
I wrote this letter to help other homeowners who may be skeptical of this opportunity.
I hope that my recommendation may provide some reassurance and comfort for you and hope your experience with Expert Interiors & Exteriors goes just as smoothly as ours did.
Havertown Resident Ryan & Cynthia R.

To whom it may concern,
I recently contracted with Bob Herman’s company Expert Interior & Exteriors. I had him put on a new roof, Install new gutters, replace aluminum capping around my windows and replace some pieces of siding that were damaged from a storm.
Bob is very professional in his interaction with his customer and his crew does really good work. They work quickly and efficiently and clean up beautifully when they are done working. They gave me a start date and showed up promptly as promised and finished right on schedule.
I didn’t know anything about roofing and Bob was very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining the process to me. He also personally checked on each phase of the project to be sure I was satisfied. As a result of this great experience I have recommended him to several of my friends. I also plan to use his company to do some kitchen remodeling for me.
It’s a great company to do business with and you won’t be sorry you chose them for your work. I would be glad to talk to anyone who was looking for a reference.
Sincerely,
Linda Lockhart

Angie’s List Review submitted online
I am currently working with Ron Radcliff at Expert and couldn't be happier. I had a combination ice damming and ice storm damage on my home that caused extensive roof, gutter siding, fence, electrical and interior damage.
Ron came out the day after I called and immediately I knew I could trust him to handle the massive project of restoring my home. We have not had the work done yet as negotiations are still underway since the insurance company is trying to nickel and dime themselves out of doing the job correctly. Ron has proactively handled all of the negotiations and corrected their errors and omissions, contacted my township to confirm code and permitting requirements and explained everything in understandable detail back to me. I'm a very difficult consumer as I watch too much Holmes on Homes and research everything on the internet. Ron's answers to my questions are always right on the money and i am truly looking forward to the work finally starting so i can enjoy my home again.
Why did you choose this contractor? because they handle storm damage.
Have you used this company before? this is the first time I've used this company.
What did you like most about this contractor? knowledgeable, courteous, and professional

Work Completed Date: November 05, 2010

Approximate Cost: $7,000.00
Overall: A
Price: A
Home Build Year: 1940
Quality: A
Description of Work: They took off my old roof; put on a new roof installed a ridge vent, ice & water shield.
Responsiveness: A
They also installed new gutters and replaced some aluminum trim on windows and replaced some pieces of vinyl siding. If they had not come to my house to alert me that I had possible roof damage from the hail storm in June. I never would have known, and I would have had problems in the future the insurance adjuster confirmed that I did have damage and reimbursed me for a new roof. Bob's company worked with the insurance adjuster and agreed to do the job for what the insurance company would pay. And I didn't have to pay him until the job was done and I had the check from the insurance company.
Member Comments: I feel so fortunate that Bob Herman's company was the one who contacted me. He is very professional; charges a more than fair price, his crew do excellent work under his close supervision. And they do a great job cleaning up after themselves. I left for work in the morning and came home to a beautiful new roof in the evening. There was no evidence other than the new roof that anyone had been working at my house.
The roof, gutters and siding were done in three separate days and he checked with me after each job to be sure I was satisfied. He takes great pride in his work and in his company and it is reflected in the quality of his work. Because of his expertise in the business he also gave me a couple of recommendations for improvements which I chose to implement because they made a lot of sense. I didn't know anything about roofing and he took his time to explain the process to me and what they would be doing every step of the way. I highly recommend them and plan to hire them to renovate my kitchen in the near future.

To whom it may concern,
Recently, I had a roofing problem that destroyed my interior kitchen and living room ceilings. I was speaking with a friend who recently contracted Expert Interiors & Exteriors, Inc. to have his roof repaired and decided to call. That had to be the best decision I could have made at that time regarding my investment, my home.
Bob came into our home and was able to assess the damage quickly and get to work right away, in fact he had the materials at our home the very next day. The installation on the new roof happened in hours and the interior was completely fixed with a few days.
If you are as concerned as much about your investment as we were, the choice is clear…. Expert Interiors & Exteriors, Inc.
